According to the IDAE (Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving):
“The local EC is a legal entity of voluntary and open participation, controlled by
shareholders or members who are natural or legal persons, as well as local administrators,
autonomous or national”.

are developed totally or partially in municipalities with demographic challenges.

Currently, we have established a new CEL in Valverde de Leganés, with a positive resolution of the IDAE subsidy on 06/10/2023, with more than 90% of the budget granted and which is already in the process of legalization.
